Once a year as a minimum. An annual service includes a system flush and deep clean, filter inspection, jet, seal and union checks, electrical safety checks and a full water balance so the tub is left ready to use. Mid-year maintenance visits are available as an add-on or through our care plans.

A call-out is £95 and covers the engineer visit, fault diagnosis and a fixed quote for the repair. Parts and the repair itself are quoted up front before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Yes. Relocation starts from £99 and covers draining, disconnecting, lifting, transport and re-commissioning at the new site. We'll assess access and the base first so the move goes smoothly.

Yes. Water care checks start from £45 and include a chemistry check and balance, filter inspection and advice. We also offer drain, clean and refill visits and holiday-let changeover visits to keep water guest-ready between bookings.

An air source heat pump heats your hot tub water efficiently, keeping it at the perfect temperature all year round. They're designed for quiet running and suit any tub, summer and winter.

Heat pumps can be up to 70% cheaper to run than electric heaters, so they cut energy bills and reduce your carbon footprint at the same time.

Three options: Supply Only (heat pump, full manufacturer warranty and technical support), Supply & Install (supply, professional installation, pipework and controls, system testing and handover), and the Premium Package (adds a weather protection kit, WiFi setup where applicable and ongoing support).

Two yearly agreements per spa. The Commercial Care Plan (£299 + VAT per spa/year) includes a full annual service and a mid-year maintenance check, 20% off labour, 50% call-out discount, priority service and a full service history. The Profix Platinum Cover (£399 + VAT per spa/year) adds included repair labour under a 12-month fair-use policy, priority breakdown response, ongoing technical support and preventative maintenance advice.

Yes. For 2–4 spas the Commercial Care Plan drops to £275 per spa/year and Profix Platinum Cover to £375 per spa/year. For 5+ spas we offer bespoke commercial pricing.

A full system inspection — pumps, heater and controls checked, leak inspection, electrical and safety checks, jets and features checked, filter inspection and clean, water chemistry check, a full clean, a detailed service report and recommendations for preventative work. The mid-year maintenance check adds operational checks, key component inspection and early detection of potential issues.

Yes. Profix Platinum Cover includes labour for repair work on existing equipment under a 12-month fair-use policy, plus priority breakdown response. Parts, replacement equipment and consumables are charged separately.
